Returning Your Order

Time Limit for Returns: We accept returns only if you notify us within 12 hours of receiving your order. Perishable items have a limited shelf life, and this time frame allows us to manage product quality and prevent waste.
Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original, unopened packaging and substantially in the condition you received them. This allows you to inspect the contents for quality and quantity without compromising the product's freshness.

Exceptional Circumstances for Returns

What We Cannot Accept

• Items tampered with, meaning significantly altered from their original state.
• Items damaged after receipt (unless due to verifiable shipping errors)
• Items returned after the 12-hour window, except under the exceptional circumstances outlined above.

Refunds
